Product Condition & Packaging

Where a return is required, the product should be returned in its original condition and packaging, including the original product box and accessories where applicable.

A replacement will be processed after the returned product has been received and verified when a return is required.

Change of Mind

We do not accept replacement requests based solely on a change of mind.

This includes situations where a customer no longer wants the product or has ordered a product incorrectly.

Refunds

VAYZON.STORE does not offer refunds.

For eligible cases involving an incorrect, faulty, broken, or damaged product, the applicable resolution is a replacement in accordance with this policy.
